[Thinkpad] X32 looking for parts machine in Canada

I have an X32 which worked great with heritage scanners whose drivers are
not necessarily updated past XP. But it is showing its age:

1. the fan is creaky / failing. When I start the X32, it shuts itself off
after a few seconds because the fan fails the POST. I have tried cleaning
the fan, but that did not make any difference, not even a single boot.

2. some keys are permanently off the keyboard.

3. the screen does not work fabulously, but if necessary I can work around
it, like the keyboard.

So ideally I'd like to buy a cheap X32 (or maybe an X31 !?), swap out the
fan. Optionally swap out the keyboard and maybe even the screen. I've
checked kijiji in Canada (nothing), and ebay (expensive units and/or
shipping), and some of the usual suspects in the Canadian used laptop
market (they don't list anything this ancient).
